Consumer Rights

Farming Parts is a UK based company and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations, our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt. The Farming Parts returns policy allows 14 days.

VAT

Because we trade in the UK all prices on this site include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 20%. If you are shopping with us from outside the E.U. or a tax-exempt country such as the Channel Islands then this VAT does not apply. Our web site will automatically display all prices with the VAT deducted and you will be billed accordingly. If you have a valid VAT number please contact at [email protected] to have your account updated to be able to purchase with prices not including VAT

Returns & Refunds

Parts Returns All parts that have not been fitted for purpose or used can be returned to Farming Parts within 14 days for a full refund. The buyer must pay the return postage fee unless the wrong item was received or you were recommended a part by our staff that doesn't fit your machine as required. All parts are covered with a 1 year warranty and in the event of a part breaking, simply contact us and we will replace it with a brand new part.

Returns If you would like to return an item of clothing or piece of merchandise & it is within 14 days, you can return your item for a full refund, no questions asked (Items must be in condition they were received). The buyer must pay the return postage fee unless the wrong item was received as well as shipping for an exchanged product. In the event of an item of clothing not fitting, simply return the item to us and we will exchange it for you to another item or a different size. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days. If you received free shipping on your original order, there will be shipping charges applied to the exchanged items.

International ReturnsReturns which incur costs from couriers or customs will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded

Buckler Warranty

All Buckler boots come with a 12 month warranty. Although processed through Farming Parts the claims will be raised with Buckler and they will process these. The claim process and duration of this will be dictated by Buckler. Please allow extra time for claims to be processed during lockdowns as they work with minimal staff to ensure safety and well being of their staff.

Cancellation Policy

If you complete your purchase and decide that you would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order right away. In the event of the order being dispatched before cancellation, we will more than happily accept a return of the item within 14 days of you receiving the item. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days from date of receipt

Mailing List Sign-up Offer

For Signing up to our mailing list we offer a 10% discount on your first purchase. This does not apply to already discounted items and can not be used with other discount codes. Code does not apply if you have signed up to mailing list after first purchase

Free UK & Ireland shipping when you spend £/€150

Free UK and Ireland shipping applies once the order is over £/€150. The £/€150 is based on the total after discount codes have been applied. Does not apply to oversized items which may incur a surcharge. If this occurs, we will contact you. In the event of needing to return an item for an exchange, shipping will be charged to send the replacement item out if it is not a mistake in the order. In the event of a mistake in the order, shipping will be covered by us.

Warranty

All products available at farmingpart.com, whether they are parts, clothing or merchandise, come with a 12 month warranty. In the event of a part needing replaced within the 12 months, shipping of the return and exchanged item must be covered by the customer.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. They can be used at any time, including during sales. No change can be given from a transaction involving a gift voucher, a voucher for the remaining money will be issued instead. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Card details are required for online purchases with a gift voucher, however no payment will be taken unless the value of your order exceeds the value of the voucher. Please note gift vouchers cannot be used in store.

Card Payments, Security and Privacy

We accept most major credit cards and for off-line purchases will accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Personal Cheques, Bank Drafts and Bank transfers. Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Farming Parts must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling.

We can assure you that all your information is kept safe and secure, from your on-line shopping basket to the goods arriving at your front door. A secure SSL encryption protects all your details during the shopping process and we do not pass on or use them with any third parties, companies and marketing organisations. All the details required are needed for no other reason than to fully process your order.

For remote addresses and international orders, your telephone number may be forwarded on to our couriers, to ensure receipt of your goods.

We update our stock daily and if an item is out of stock it will be displayed as such on the site. If there is a problem with availability we will contact you within 24 hours of the order being made, in which case you have a choice of waiting until it is in stock. In any case, orders are not processed unless we have the item in stock.

Shipping of your item

Farming Parts only use reputable and reliable shipping couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce & Fedex. All items will be sent tracked and signed for. In the event of your item not arriving with you, please contact the relevant courier with the tracking number provided. Farming Parts will endeavour to help any situation with regards to delayed deliveries but unfortunately we are unable to provide more information than the couriers themselves. In the event of your parcel not arriving, please contact the relevant courier to find out the most up to date information.

You can cancel your order any time up until dispatch. Once dispatched Farming Parts are unable to cancel or refund orders. We can only refund order if you return the item back to us when received within the 14 day refund period. This date applies from the date you receive the item. If you wish to cancel an order mid transit you may be able to contact the courier to cancel the delivery. Any costs in doing this will have to be covered by the customer. If an order is delayed by courier, we are unable to refund until we receive the item back. We provide contact numbers for all international orders to allow the courier to contact you in the event of a delay with your order. If an item is held up with a courier for any reason outside of our control, we cannot refund the item until it is back with us. Shipping of the item back to us is at the cost of the customer.

Delivery details provided to couriers are as entered by customer. Any delays in delivery with couriers due to insufficient address are unfortunately out of our control. In the event of this happening, please contact us and we will help sort this issue for you. We are always easy to contact and will help with any issue in any way we can.

Additional Shipping Charges/ Customs & Duties

While all our shipping prices are as accurate as possible, the occasional part will be more to post due to the volume of the item rather than the weight. We will always endeavour to get your part to you for the shipping price you have paid, however, occasionally we me be required to contact customers for additional shipping costs. We will send quote from courier as proof and offer a full refund if you are not happy with the price. If you are ordering from a country that is outside of the member states of the EU, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges calculated by that countries authorities. By which payment is the entire responsibility of the customer only. Any additional costs incurred at customs are not implemented by or received by Farming Parts and is between customs and the customer.
